Windows 10: No screen to start from

I downloaded a software off a trusted source and it reformatted my pc to a 2009 version and I can't get the hdmi ports to work because I'm guessing their too low version and I can't see when trying to reformat my pc, nothing comes up when I span the f keys. I've tried multiple hdmis and ports nothing has worked. I've tried just about everything and don't know what to do

  Click Start icon and click Settings
  
• 
  Choose Personalization, click on Start
  
• 
  Turn on “Use start full screen”
