    No security tab in folder properties


    Recently I installed a gameHalo Infinity from Microsoft Store but later decided to uninstall it. But I am unable to remove it from my computer. It got installed it in one of my secondary drives. Now I have a folder named Program Files which I am unable to delete. It says I need permission from TrustedInstaller to delete it. When I searched in Google, they say I need to modify something in the Security tab in the folder properties. But I can't see the Security tab in any of these folders. Then I got to know that I need to run gpedit.msc in Run dialog box to add the Security tab. But when I do
