No SETTINGS option when rightclicking OneDrive

I DESPISE OneDrive and want to unsync it, but there's no option/settings option in the rightclick menu to do so. Is there a fix for this, or am I stuck with this bloated, privacy-eating monstrosity?

  2. Windows 10 - OneDrive

Right click on the app and one of the properties has an option to not automatically start it. Uncheck, restart the computer, and it should stop. If you want to go another step further, find the OneDrive app in the start menu, right click on it and uninstall.

If that is still insufficient, there is a batch uninstaller for OneDrive available online. I can copy the code here if you need it.

  3. Administrative Rights rightclick option has been lost for about a year now......

    John Vil,

Thanks so much for the suggestion and info you posted.

I went through the steps of the article you suggested and unfortunately that did not even work.

I still cannot get most of my apps to respond to a rightclick Administrator rights.

I did however find out something interesting concerning this issue.

If I go into for example: C:\Windows\system32\cmd.exe to get the command prompt, I actually can rightclick

    and get Administrators rights.

This is where the issue gets even more confusing to me.

I have always used shortcuts for my files and folders in all Windows versions for over 20 years.

I believe this is where the issue seems to narrow down to, he shortcuts themselves.

For whatever reason, in the past my shortcuts would allow Administrative rightclick rights.

For the last year or so, they do not.

Just trying to work through this ongoing tissue, as I really do need the escalated rights to make changes, when necessary.

A thousand bouquets of gratitude for your suggestions!

I am sure they will help somebody else with a similar issue.

No SETTINGS option when rightclicking OneDrive

    AMD FX OC'ers Club

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
