Windows 10: No Sign-In After Sleep Windows 11 [SOLVED]

A similar thread from last year was locked, so I thought I would post my solution here.I wanted Windows 11 to bypass any password, lock-screen, or sign-in, both at startup and when waking from sleep. "Require Sign-In" was missing from sign-in options, so I had to trick Windows. I am running Windows 11 Pro with a local account. Here is what I did to fix the issues:No Sign-In After Sleep:1. From start menu, got to "Settings > Accounts > Sign-in options," and click "Password."2. Click "Add" and create a password. Note that once this step is complete, the hidden "Require Sign-in" option

Display will not sleep.

I suggest you to follow the steps provided below and check if it helps.

• Click on Start>Settings>System.
• In the left navigation pane, click on Power & sleep.
• In the right pane, select the time limit for the system to go to sleep from the drop down list.

Sleep mode

Since this is a new computer, settings may be on the default configuration. One of the option to configure the authentication requirement when the device wakes from sleep is through
Settings under Accounts. To be guided on this, we suggest that you follow the steps below:

• 
  On the Search box, type
  Sign-in options and press Enter.

  Under Required sign-in, click the drop down arrow and choose your
  preferred setup.
  
• 
  Once done, close the Settings window and check if the issue persists.

Random sleeping

My upgraded W10 machine has several issues NOT solved by MS updates.

• Randomly goes to sleep.
