    No sign in options provided

I just upgraded to Windows 10 and after restarting my device, I was asked to provide my PIN without providing sign in options. Now, I have forgotten my pin. That does not usually happen in Windows lock screen. It is just abnormal in Windows. I don't know what to do.

And before I was usually asked to sign into Windows with my Microsoft account password but it doesn't happen again.

I changed my phone number, so I am still waiting for 30 days.

    Please help

    :)
