Windows 10: No signal after restart, was working fine until installing an updated driver for Wacom 13...

My pc has had its fair share of issues but nothing a hard restart couldn’t fix. I decided to update my drivers for my drawing tablet that I’ve used for years now, restarted my pc and then suddenly I wasn’t getting any signal to either of my monitors. I fought with it and rolled back the drivers for the tablet and was able to get signal again to both my monitors again. It crashed again I restarted it and it seemed to be working fine. I put it to sleep and here we are the next day I boot it up again from sleep and no signal. It usually starts with the fans going max rpm for a moment then settlin

HDI Drivers for (Wacom) tablet in Windows 10

I have a Wacom CTE-630 Graphite tablet that is
at least 13 years old, but working fine with windows 7. I am considering upgrading to Windows 10. I contacted Wacom and asked if there would be any problems using the Wacom with the new Windows 10. They replied that they had no driver for Windows 10.
I looked around in the Drivers menu on my computer could not find a Wacom driver listed but, I did find 2 drivers from Microsoft, listed as HDI #6.1.7601.18199 & 6.1.7600.16385, that seem to be running the Wacom Tablet. I have no idea where to go from here
..., upgrade, or not. Anyone have experience with a similar problem?

We appreciate you posting your concern here in the Community forum. In order to help you with your Wacom driver issue, kindly follow the steps suggested below:

1. Click the Start button from the bottom left portion of the screen.
2. Once the search field appear, type Services and press
   Enter.
3. In the Services window, scroll down to Wacom Professional Service.
4. Right-click the Wacom Professional Service and choose
   Start.

If the steps above doesn't help, you may try to uninstall and reinstall the Wacom driver without turning off or disabling the Windows firewall. You may also choose to rollback the Wacom driver if it is working correctly before. Use the following steps:

1. Press Windows + R on your keyboard.
2. Type devmgmt.msc and press Enter.
3. Expand the category you want and right click on the driver and select
   Properties.
4. Navigate to Driver tab and click on Roll Back Driver.

Windows stuck after wacom driver update

• Can you still access your desktop?
• Is the device plugged in when you restarted your computer?
