Windows 10: No signal and mouse/keyboard won't work

Hey I was about to play a new game I installed on my computer from Ubisoft and but it said my graphics driver was out of date I went to update it. I then went back to the game to check it but it was still saying the same thing I went over to device manger to update it manually but it has no updates I then remembered that i had another driver that updates quicker but causes big problems on the computer I had that one disabled as well because of that I swapped it with my main one the reason why I did that is because I thought it would work with the other one powered off but now nothing works it

BLUETOOTH MOUSE WON T MOOVE. WHY?

I have a Microsoft Bluetooth Mouse 5000 that works only (right and left click works properly) but it won t moove. please help me and answer me as soon as possible.
