  1. No Signal Detcted after update

Greetings everyoneI just update the graphics card driver and the Windows as well, but there was something weird then!! the monitor just shows that there's no signal detected, and after troubleshooting it turns out the issue comes from the fresh rate!! before these updates my monitor was on 144hz and everything was perfect the screen was smooth, but now, the monitor only will work on 60hz, otherwise, it will show No Signal Detected!! is there any solution for this? Thank you

    :)

    Hey Jonian,

This issue could have occurred due to these reasons:

    • Incorrect network settings.
    • Network adapter is not working properly.
I suggest you to try the steps listed here and check if it fixes the issue or else contact your ISP for weak signal.

Method 1: I suggest you to refer the article and check if it helps to fix network connection issue.

Windows Updated(16299.309).KB4088776 Restart is required to complete.

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

Thanks for the suggestions and for the time to respond No Signal Detcted after update :) Best regards.

And thanks for the tip of that program, I'll have it on my list.

Windows 10 Update Installed & Now No Signal to Monitor

    Hi,

For us to isolate your concern with your monitor's signal, we would like to know the following:

    • When you say "signal", are you referring to the Internet?
    • Are you getting any error messages? If yes, what is the exact error message?
    • To make sure that we have not missed on anything, what troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

We look forward to your response.
