Windows 10: No sound due to Windows 10 Update

Hi.I had the same issue before but did a recovery to an earlier state of my PC. Now I had a update once more (automatically) and this is the second time I have no audio again.
Is it due to the 1903 Version Update?
(Edit: Updated to 1909 now, still no audio).
All was working fine before.

How do I fix this? I already looked and found that I do not have SST.

This issue may occur due to audio driver is out dated. Try the below steps and check.

Method 1.

I would suggest you to run sound audio troubleshooter, it will automatically detect the problem and fix it. Follow the below steps.

• 
  Press Windows key + R and click on
  Control Panel.
  
• 
  Click on View by: category and click on
  Small icon.
  
• 
  Now click on troubleshooting and click on
  Hardware and Sound.
  
• 
  Click on Playing Audio and click on
  Next button.
  

If the issue still persist try the below steps:

Method 2.

I suggest you to update the audio driver and check.

• 
  Press Windows key + X and select
  Device manager.
  
• 
  Now click on Audio input and output and right click on it and
  update the driver.

I got no sound microsoft or horrible sound

• What happens exactly when you try to play the sound?
• Are you getting any error message?
• Have you installed all the pending Windows updates?
