Windows 10: No sound from internal speakers in my Dell XPS laptop-Windows 11 Pro

I purchased a new Dell XPS laptop direct from Dell. in July Model XPS 17 9730.Recently sound from internal speakers Stopped working.Device error message "No Output Device Found"iTunes report "iTunes has detected a problem with your audio configuration. Audio/Video Playback may not operate properly"I had a chat with Dell Support and they attempted to fix.They first asked me to do a F12 Boot Option and run Quick and Advanced Device Status apps. I heard 5 beeps from my speakers during the test, All test Passed Successfully.They then took remote control of my PC.They downloaded and ran the follo

no sound plays through internal speakers

I cannot get any sound to play through the internal speakers of my laptop. It did play previously. The speaker in the task bar has a red and white x and the trouble shooter says no speakers headphones plugged in. When I pull up the info on sound it lists
its location at HDMI port. Suggestions?

 

Pair Dell laptop and Bluetooth speakers?

I have a Dell laptop and Bluetooth speakers. The problem is that I cannot connect them. The speakers are not indicated in the list of output devices and I can just hear sound from the internal laptop speaker.

How can I connect my Bluetooth speakers to the laptop?

 

Internal monitor speakers showing up as audio device but not an audio output option

I am using a new Dell XPS 15 laptop (Windows 11) connected (via USB-C) to a Dell 4K monitor via a Thunderbolt Dock. I'm keeping the laptop closed and using only the external monitor. However, I cannot play audio through the monitor's integrated speakers. When I go to sound settings in Windows 11, I can only see the laptop's Realtek speakers listed. The monitor, however, is shown as an "audio" device on the devices page. How can I make the speakers inside the monitor show up as an audio output option? I have installed all Windows 11 and Dell XPS updates, including BIOS.
