Windows 10: No sound from laptop No output/input devices found

Hello,I realized my audio wasn’t working after I chrome casted/synced my laptop to another monitor on spotify. I’m not sure if the audio worked before I did this or if it was only after that it stopped working. I’ve tried trouble shooting but it just says that there’s nothing plugged in. I’ve also tried looking at the sound section of the Device Manager but I only see my headphones and “NVIDIA Broadcast”, “NVIDIA High Definition Audio”, and “NVIDIA Virtual Audio Device” – not the built in audio on my laptop. I’ve also tried a few other methods that I’ve seen on here but none have worked so fa

No sound input or output devices

Since updating WIndows I no longer have any sound input or output devices listed under device manager - sound video games controllers. Intel smart sound technology oed had yellow warning triangle.

What can I do to get the sound working on my laptop.

Unfortunately, that did not work. There is something listed under the sound now in the device manager and that says it is functioning, but i still have no sound and it states there are no input and output devices.

I have been having trouble with my laptop for months, But that was only input devices. The only input and output that work with my pc is the ones built in.

Ive tried basically every suggestion the internet has given me, Such as troubleshooting, Updating drivers, Disabling and enabling etc

Im starting to suspect that its issues with headphones i have to plug in, And that bluetooth might work. I dont have any bluetooth headphones though.

The devices are all enabled but when i check my sound outputs my headphones arent an option, only the speakers.

My computwr was working just fine about 6 months ago,
