Windows 10: No sound input from UMC22 Audio Interface

Hi there, I have recently bought a UMC22 Audio interface to record guitar on my PC but when I connect it to my PC there is no sound input. it works for about half a second then cuts out completely. I have tried changing to channel 2 in the sound control panel and also disabling MS GS WAVETABLE SYNTH. I have tried different programs but they have all had no input from my interface. I've also tried installing the ASIO4ALL driver but this still doesn't work. Running out of options here can someone help? Thanks.

Multichannel audio interface in/out routing

• What is the make and model of your external audio interface?
• Which routing application are you using?

The configurations of inputs and outputs on any audio interface is dependent on the hardware and its supporting software. Any audio interface with more than 2 inputs and 2 outputs, should ideally give the user an option to map the
Input and Output Config, according to his interest.



I suggest you to go through the user manual provided by your audio interface's manufacturer to know how to set up the control surface.



If it doesn't explain how to configure, I suggest you to get in touch with the audio interface's manufacturer to know how to configure the same.

Windows 1903 not working with audio interface (Mic input VERY low) Behringer UMC204HD

I have an issue win windows with Behringer UMC204HD audio interface.

The Mic input is very low in windows.

I have a Behringer UMC22 that works fine and has loud Mic volume.

I have tried

1. Buying secondary UMC204HD

2. Checking options are selected properly. Phantom power is on, PAD is OFF.

3. Set all option in windows. Set recording and output to interface and selected same Khz. For example 41,000 24bit for both MIC and OUTPUT. Disabled all enhancements. When to levels and set to MAX.

4. Fully re-installed windows

When the UMC22 is plugged in I have to increase the level from 50% to 100%.

When I plug in the UMC204HD the levels are already at 100%.

Is this a bug.

I really want to record, and get this sorted out.
