Windows 10: No Sound on PC

My headset (HyperX Cloud2) doesn't show up here.



It's microphone doesn't show up here either...



So I checked my device manager.



and when I tried to update the drivers, I got this error.

It could be that a setting in Windows is incorrectly configured, or that your sound card drivers are outdated, etc. For us to assist you properly in having sound problems in your Windows 10 device, kindly respond to the questions below:

• When exactly did the issue started to occur? Is it after an update? Is it after installing an application?
• Which version of Windows 10 is currently installed on your device? To check, kindly go to
  Settings > System > About, see
  Version.
• What is the make and model of your device?
• Is your computer a laptop or a desktop?

On a lighter note, you may run the audio troubleshooter within Windows 10 to see if it resolves the problem or give additional information about the issue. You may run the troubleshooter by doing the steps below:

• Select the Start button, then type troubleshoot, and select
  Troubleshoot from the search results. Select Playing Audio
  > Run the troubleshooter.

The troubleshooter may give additional details if it does not resolve the problem. If that's the case, kindly post a screenshot of the message together with the details that the troubleshooter have presented. This is for us to have a better judgement on
what the problem may be.

No sound on PC

Suddenly have no sound on my pc.

I have an HDMI cable plugged in to display on my TV.

It says "AT HDMI Output ATI High Definition Audio Device Not plugged in" but it is...

How can I get it recognized?
