    No sound on windows 10, getting error code 0x80070490 when trying diagnostics


    Hi, I am not getting any sound on my Windows 10. It has been like this for a few days now. Audio files are not being recognized in Groove Music. When I try to run diagnostics I get error code 0x80070490. There is no sound even if I try connecting a bluetooth speaker. Please help.

    Hi,

    I am not getting any sound on my Windows 10. It has been like this for a few days now. When I try to run diagnostics I get error code 0x80070490.

    There is no sound even if I try connecting a bluetooth speaker.
