No sound through aux headphones following a blue screen crash.

Hi, recently I have had a problem with my device that I haven't been able to solve by browsing previous questions. Following a blue screen crash, headphones plugged into the 3.5mm jack to not provide any sound.- My laptop is an ASUS Zenbook UX481FL- I was listening to audio through the headphones prior to the blue-screen crash without issue.- I don't remember the exact error code but looking at the Event Viewer logs I believe it was "volmgr" error.- The audio plays fine through speakers when the headphones are not plugged in.- The jack is recognised, with the Realtek Audio Console saying "You

  3. Headphone jack issue

When I plug my headphones into my Zune (on my Kin Two phone), I get the sound through the headphones. When I plug my aux cable into my Zune to plug into my "aux in" in my car, I only get sound through the speaker on the phone. I have tried the
cable with another MP3 player and it works fine. Any suggestions?

Bluedio Headphones Turbine Monitor Causes blue screen while connecting or after connecting.

I recently bought a Bluedio headphones TM which works fine with my phone but when connected to my laptop which is a HP 350 g1, causes blue screen each time connecting to my laptop or even if it connects when i switch output options for the headphones i
get blue screen, and the laptop restarts. I tried testing the sound with the sound hardware tests and i actually get the system sounds on the headphones but nothing else works until it goes to that blue screen.

I tried some issues that i found on google where it suggests to set the updates on bluetooth from manual to automatic and followed the steps but it didnt help.

Hope someone here could help me.

    Thank you.
