Had try to download speaker and sound from App. D/load again an NCH software but unable to resolve or navigate.Allow me to note that adding a bluetooth device as my speaker has no problem connecting the sound. The sound issue started after updating the device.Thank you very much,

    • Do you get any error message?
    • In which browser are you facing this issue?
    • What is the make and model of your computer?

    Hi,

    I suggest you to follow the steps below to set sounds:

    • Right click on the Sound icon from the System Tray and click on Sounds.
    • Browse for the sound and click on apply and Ok.
