Windows 10: No sound windows 10

Hi all, hope you can help me solve this problem:
My pc can't detect my headset, i tried to plug in by the case and by motherboard's native jack, nothing.
The pc only detect the monitor as audio output device but the monitor doesn't have any in-build speaker, it has a 3.5 jack for headphone but that seems to not work too.
I don't have any Realtek driver on my pc so i though the problem would be that but i tried downloading it many times and nothing happened, i download the driver but seems the pc can't detect it (i tried different versions). if i go to Device Manager what i can see under "sound, video and games" or something like that is: NVIDIA high definition audio, NVIDIA virtual audio device (wave exstensible) (WDM).
I've also installed the lasted version of all those drivers, installed the NVIDIA control panel, just tried everything i could do to try solve this by myself but nothing worked.
In Audio playback settings there are 4 options, all of them are "NVIDIA high definition audio" since it is my sound card driver (i guess) if i try to plug in my headset in any way i can't see them in any of those options, i'm sure that's not an headset problem 'cause they're new and they work on my laptop and on my phone.

My OS version is: Windows 10 version 20H2 (build SO 19042.746)
I'm running a MSI b350 gaming plus motherboard and an NVIDIA GTX 1660 gpu.

Hope you can help me solve this issue asap 'cause i need my pc to work.

Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Good surround sound headset

I know you say you're not that guy, but stepping into the $250+ range really brings a change in build quality that might have you never having to buy another set. Otherwise, getting 6 speakers with decent sound in a headset is hard, and that's what you are asking for, and I have no suggestions, but just a bump up the list. *Stick Out Tongue

• Right click on the Sound icon from the System Tray and click on Sounds.
• Browse for the sound and click on apply and Ok.
