Windows 10: No Start, Search or Icons in the taskbar from an initial install of windows on a new machine.

New computer with Windows 11 installed - Custom build - OEM Win11 installed on pickup.Started with a microsoft account and followed the installation process.From the start no icons start menu, search, etc. icons are all missing in the task-bar except for the ^ carat for the other system tray icons.I've tried everything here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/fix-problems-with-the-start-menu-604171c1-2c65-40a6-8774-473810765950#ID0EDD=Windows_11 - No luck.And https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/insider/forum/all/fix-included-no-icons-on-task-bar-on-windows-11/9b580be3-080b-489

System Icons on taskbar

Are you referring to the clock system icon on the taskbar?

If so, I suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below:

• 
  Click on the search bar on the taskbar.
  
• 
  Type system icons.
  
• 
  Under Turn System Icons ON or OFF, turn On the Clock and check with the issue.

As an initial step I would suggest you to install all the pending updates and restart your computer, check if it fixes the issue.



Make sure Volume button display is enabled in taskbar.

• Open settings window
• Click on personalization, on left pane select task bar.
• On right pane click on 'select what icons appear on the taskbar'.
• Toggle volume icon to make volume icon appear on task bar.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
