Windows 10: No Store at all

my apps on my PC Windows 10 stooped working after an update so I reset my PC and kept my personal files, it was all going well until I noticed that I did not have the Microsoft store. I tried: services.msc. troubleshooter time and location i scanned for updates there is no sing of Microsoft.WindowsStore file any wherewhen I try to open it this pops up:I reset my other PC also windows 10 and it has the store so I'm a bit confused

I would suggest you to clear the cache memory of the Windows Store app.

Try the following steps:

• 
  Press Windows + R keys to open Run window
  
• 
  Type wsreset.exe and hit enter.
  

Now try to open Windows store and see if that helps.

  Click on Windows Store apps to run the troubleshooter.
  

Method 2:

If the issue persist, I suggest you to reset Windows Store cache and check. Follow the steps:

• Press Windows Key+ R.
• Type wsreset.exe and hit
  Enter.
