No support for hardware to play my PS4 in my secondary monitor?

Mods: Please move this to wherever you feel is the correct section (if this isn't it). Thanks.
I have two pieces of hardware which I used to switch my secondary monitor, where I can play PS4 and switch it to do what I need in it. It worked fully in 7, but it won't work in 10.
I didn't touch the settings. All I did was upgrade my graphics card drivers (which makes the secondary monitor turn on), but with the hardware, 10 isn't recognizing my monitor. The only thing that will is a direct connection, and I would like to know why it refuses to detect.

The hardware isn't that old (I would say about 2-3 years old). *Think

    :)

  2. Streaming to my PS4 stopped working after upgrading to Windows 10.

I do quite a bit of streaming video from my laptop to my PS4 but this isn't working properly ever since I installed Windows 10. I have checked my sharing settings and went so far as to set up a new Homegroup. The PS4 sees my computer and lets me browse
my video files but it won't let me play any of them. I tried viewing files that I watched recently from the same hardware to the same PS4 but I am greeted with a screen telling me that the file cannot be played. This doesn't seem to be an issue with the
    audio files.

Is this a known issue and is there a fix for it? I'll happily go back to 8.1 if that's the only recourse.

No support for hardware to play my PS4 in my secondary monitor?

I'm now marking this as Solved, as I discovered I had a USB plug that wasn't attached. Now everything works again.
    I'm glad this isn't a 'Windows 10 problem'.
