Windows 10: No tabs in File Explorer

I had not been able to see File Explorer tabs 95% of the time, along with other file Explorer problems. I did an in-place upgrade today for Windows 11 Pro, and after completion still can't see tabs. All of my other File Explorer problems still exist as well. Does anyone else have a solution for this? I am running Windows 11 Pro on a Dell XPS-8940 Intel i9 11th gen processor with 64GB of memory.I have an MSI Stealth GS76 laptop as well, which exhibits none of these problems.

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

  Open File Explorer.
  
• 
  Click on View Tab.
  
• 
  Select Detail panel.
  
• 
  Now if you click on any picture or file you will be able to see the information at the top right corner.

Thank you for the detailed response. To change the search result's view from content to list, we suggest following the steps below:

• Open the File Explorer and try to search for files.
• In the toolbar, open the View tab and click List
  to change the view.
• Once changed, close the File Explorer.
• Open the File Explorer again and try to search to see if the setting has been retained.

Multiple tabs in File Explorer

Love the new option in File Explorer for multiple tabs.

I have been unable to find a way to re-open all tabs in a single instance of File Explorer. When I select the Option to "Restore previous folder windows at logon", File Explorer opens a new instance for each of the tabs that I previously had open. I would certainly prefer for a single instance to open with the previous tabs in one instance, the same as what I can do in Windows Internet Explorer.
