Windows 10: No tabs on file explorer and other features on Windows 11 version 22621.755 Windows...

I had read that with this build and the above mentioned updates users are going to get many features like tabs on file explorer, No tabs. No taskbar overflow menu. None of the hyped features that were supposed to be in KB5019509 and KB5018496 subsequently are present on my machine.Tried a third party tool Vivetool from Github too to enable these features but No, nothing.I am in the US. Does it mean Microsoft has not rolled out these features to all?

Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Tabs not appearing in Explorer after Cumulative Update KB5019509 (Windows 11)

Hi, as the title states, I don't have tabs in explorer after update Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5019509),

which I found weird, since this Windows Update article states that tabs in Windows Explorer is a feature in this update. I've tried restarting after updating my system and restarting explorer.exe in task manager, but after these steps I still don't have tabs. Can someone help me through this?
