Windows 10: No Taskbar or Start menu in Windows 11 - Need help!

I upgraded my PC from Windows 10 to 11, and when I opened it up there was no taskbar or start menu.The windows button does not work, even in conjunction with another button Win + I, etc..Things I have already tried:Restarting the file explorer;Typing "sfc /scannow" into the Command Prompt;Deleting the Iris service registry key threw up an error;Set correct Date + Time;Restarted on Safe Mode then turning it off and restarting.The only thing I can think that might help is that when Safe Mode was on, the taskbar and Start menu were present.Also, I disabled all non-Microsoft services and rest

Help!, windows taskbar disapeared!!!

i installed a new vga into my computer and everything is fine, except that the Taskbar dosnt show up!! i have windows xp home edition. hitting the Windows button on my keybored dosnt open the start menu either, some 1 please help!

 

Feature suggestion: Add right-click menu

Suggestion: Please add a Windows 7 Jump-List and/or right-click menu to the GPU-Z icon in the Windows taskbar. Possible menus in it would be "Exit" and "About GPU-Z...".
Maybe also "Switch to tab 1/Switch to tab 2/Switch to videocard 1/Switch to videocard 2" too.
Examples of programs that have such menus are ICQ, Skype, AIM.

NOTE: It seems for a right-click menu, Windows 7 is not needed - it works on WinXP and Vista too.
But even a Windows 7 Jump-list may be good enough.
