Windows 10: No Teredo installed

I just bought Forza Horizon 4 but I cannot connect to the "Horizon Life". So I checked my Network in the XBox App and it displays this:





I already clicked on "Click here for more information" but that didn't help. I tried to search online for another solution and came across that I just have to reinstall the driver for Tredeo in the Device Manager:




But if i follow the instruction and try to "Add Lagacy Hardware" in the Device Manager it doesn"t show an option to install that driver/adapter. I selected Microsoft as the manifacture but it doesn't show anything related to "Tredeo". And I cannot find any solution on how to install Tredeo if it isn't installed. I also tried to configure tradeo via netsh but still nothing changes. Any public support page from Microsoft/Xbox couldn't help me either.

Can You Please fix the teredo adapter problem already?

Teredo being disabled is one of the possible reasons why you're unable to fix the Teredo problem as well as can't find it under hidden devices. To re-enable your Teredo on your device, I suggest that you follow the steps below:

• Type in cmd in to the search bar on your desktop and right click on Command Prompt and run it as admin.
  
• Type in netsh interface Teredo set state type=default
• Kindly restart your computer to let the changes take effect.

Note: No need to reinstall the Teredo as it will install itself.

Teredo Driver

Hi Austen,

There are few steps to install Teredo Tunneling Adapter. We recommend following these steps to have it downloaded:

• Go to Device Manager. Then click the category Network Adapters.
• Then go to Action tab, and choose Add legacy hardware from the list of choice.
• Click Next.
• Then click Next again at the recommended option. Then click
  Next one more time.
• Scroll down a little bit to locate Network adapters option, and then click
  Next to continue.
• On the left side of the pane, choose Microsoft. On the right side of the pane, choose
  Microsoft Teredo Tunneling Adapter. Then click Next to continue.
• Click Next to start the installation.
• Wait for the notification window to appear. When you see this Window, your
  Microsoft Teredo Tunneling Adapter is successfully installed.
