Windows 10: No thumbnails for users after an On-Prem to AzureAD intune migration

We've been slowly migrating users from an older Windows SE 2008 R2 on prem domain to an Azure built domain. Wehave been enrolling users into the new domain and applying configuration policies via intune/endpoint manager.


Since we've moved users over, users on the azure domain have lost all thumbnails. We have tried all the windows explorer options and all is as it should be but the users cannot see the thumbnails.


All users are on Windows 10 Pro.

Intune MFA

Hello. We will soon switch over to Intune for our Mobil Device Management (we currently use Centrify). We also use ServiceNow(SN) for incident management. We would like require MFA when users Log into SN from outside of our network (ie on their home computer).
ServiceNow's MFA is not user friendly. Do you know if we can use Intune for this? Currently, SN uses our on-prem Active Directory for Authentication. I heard Azure AD could possibly be used for SN MFA, but I am not sure if that is possible.

Any help/suggestions that you have would be appreciated.

SCCM / InTune Co-management license question

Hi,

If our Business is licensed via EA for Configuration Manager and we would like to transition to inTune via Co-Management, which devices will require an EMS license? Is it only the devices that migrate over to inTune as and when they move, or does the entire
estate require an EMS license as soon as we enable Co-Management?

A lot of the literature seems to suggest "All" users require an EMS license but I'm not sure if this is an ambiguous statement referring to devices or users that are migrating.
