Windows 10: No Trace of RTX 3050 ti graphics card on hp laptop

I recently sent my laptop in for repair as the case was broken from a drop. One day ago they sent me back my computer and it's been working fine for the most part. However, I found some errors with running open GL and upon opening my Device Manager I noticed that there was no NVIDIA graphics driver. I tried showing hidden devices in device manager, I tried running geforce experience and nvidia control panel which both told me there was no graphics card detected, I even looked in the bios and it seems that the GPU just isn't there. I don't want to open the computer and risk voiding the warranty

My RTX 3050 ti is gone and not working

So, I have a laptop from almost a year ago, It's an 2021 ASUS TUF F15. And I have been using it since last year's november, and just a few days ago I was just gonna check out on display adapters in device manager, when I see theres no RTX 3050 ti like it should be, but when I entered bios it says that theres a Intel UHD and a RTX 3050 ti, but it doesn't work cause I already tried deferent games and it's lagging alot. Nvidia RTX 3050 gpu was announced to be release on 27/1/22 starting from msrp $250. Anyone planning on buying and what do you think of it ?

Laptop Nvidia GPU RTX 3050 Ti not running on internal display, only running when screen is duplicated on external monitor.

I am currently having an issue where my RTX 3050 Ti GPU does not run when my laptop is not plugged into an external monitor. For some reason, all of my programs, processes, applications, etc. are only using the integrated graphics of the CPU (maybe not even that considering the laptop struggles with the most basic of games). I've tried updating the graphics card driver, reinstalling it, manually setting apps to use the correct GPU, and even reinstalling Windows from scratch, but nothing has seemed to work. I currently have the integrated graphics driver disabled in the device manager, but it is still being used. The weird thing is that the graphics card works completely normally when I plug the laptop into an external display and duplicate the screen. I currently have an ASUS TUF Dash F15 with the following specs:

Ram; 40 GB

CPU: 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-11370H @ 3.30GHz 3.30 GHz

GPU: Nvidia GeForce RTX 3050 Ti Laptop GPU

OS: Windows 10 Version 22H2

Any help would be appreciated.
