Windows 10: no ui black screen + no updates

Okay guys, i have a really weird problem since 2 weeks. My UI does not load only after 2 restarts every 2 hours. If the UI does not load, programs can only be opened via Explorer. Virtually all external apps work, but not the UI. Settings + Store do not work then either. When I want to update win11 I first get an error message and then there is no update. This is from my event log:"Initiating changes for package KB5005188. Current state is Superseded. Target state is Absent. Client id: CbsTask."can someone help me ple

To understand the issue better, I request you to answer few questions:

• Does black screen appear when you before user login’s or after user has logged in ?
  
• Does black screen appears when you lock your pc?

This problem occurs because of a change in the behavior of Win Logon and Logon UI. This change introduces the potential for the deadlock.

I would also suggest you to install all the updates available for the system and check if it helps.

Follow the Below steps:

• Type settings in the Search area on the taskbar and select Settings
• Select Update and Security.
• Click on Windows Update and select Check for Updates

• When the screen was blank, were you able to see the cursor on the screen?
  
• Did you get any error code or error message?
