  1. No "uninstall" option for specific updates.

Hello, So recently I updated some available updates, But I would like to uninstall them but I am unable too and get no "uninstall" option for the specific updates, when trying using CMD it says my system requires these recently installed updates. I have tried safe mode I have tried DISM, I have tried using CMD and PowerShell to manually remove them, Please help as I know a system restore would work but it is the last thing I would ever want to do.

    :)

  2. How do you uninstall chipset drivers?

I'm installing a new mobo so I need to uninstall the intel 865g drivers to make way for the P35 drivers.

Can't find any uninstall options in add/remove programs and intel chipset inst listed in driver cleaner.

Any suggestions? *Confused No "uninstall" option for specific updates.

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
    a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
    b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.

If you still have problems, please repost listing each specific step and saying which option from the tutorial you are using. Thanks.

  4. No "uninstall" option for specific updates.

How to uninstall updates and patches in Windows 10

It also exists in windows 10.use the following steps:

    • open Settings
    • Update and security >Windows updates
    • Click Advanced options
    • Click View your updates History
If you want to Uninstall updates, click uninstall updates on the top, the page installed updates would open and you can uninstall updates easily by right clicking the specific update.

    OR

Just type in Installed updates in the search bar on the taskbar and Install updates would be shown, which can also be used to uninstall updates.

    Hope it helps.
