    No USB 3.0 on satellite C55-B5362


    Hello there. I have been recently tasked with upgrading a computer for my niece, then selling it for whatever I can get out of it. I recently installed an SSD and ram in a Toshiba Satellite C55-B5302. After, I did a clean install of Windows 10, build 22H2. Everything appears to be running great, but the two usb 3.0 ports are not working. I did recently update the bios to version 1.40. If anyone has any suggestions on how to get these ports to work, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks much in advance.

    Toshiba Satellite C55 Windows 10 won't start

    Hi Ugo,

    I tried above and it goes to gray screen. Can't seem to access BIOS at all. I do the (0) and power button and when I get prompt to hard droive recovery it just goes blank.

    I have Toshiba Satellite C55
