Windows 10: No USB devices work after factory reset. HELP

So yesterday i decided to do a factory reset on my desktop. Everything went fine and it installed correctly.
When my PC booted up the final time and i got to my login screen, none of my USB devices work, this includes my mouse and keyboard.

BUT, both my mouse and keyboard works fine in the BIOS, so i tried to install Win10 fresh from an USB stick. This didnt work.. when my computer boots past my BIOS, my keyboard and mouse stops working again... they just "blink" whenever i press a key. So i cant run any diagnostics and i cant install ANY drivers.

Ive read almost every forum post there is, but i cant find any solutions. Can anyone please help me? im losing my mind..

1. No I don't have sound I didn't plug the "case sound" which beep because I can't find it on the manual

Hi everyone,

So coming back from vacation, my pc started being rellay low, having fps drop in games, and a hardrive use of 100% . So I tried to restart it but it didn't manage to start.

So i deceided to reset all my pc and remove the dust inside. I started by tryng to reset it. However it froze at 32% during a whole night. Then I shut it dow and power it again. It told me that there was
no os installed.

I though it was a good idea to do a really full clean up. So i ordered a new hard drive, some thermal paste. I cleaned it up removed all the component, take of the dust and put the component back in. Then
I powered it on.

Every single fan was on. However there was no display. I switched cable, monitor, graphic card and even tried internal gpu. So here I am stuck, hoping that it is not a motherboard problem.

Here are my spec :

CPU : i7 2600

MB : Asrock h61 pro btc

RAM : 1x4go Gskill 1333mhz, 1x4go noname 1333mz

PSU : ANTEC VP 600p - EC

CASE : Zalman z3 plus

CPU COOLER : BEQUIET pure rock

HDD : Western Digital blue 1to (new), hp 1to (old)

SSD : Crucial 256go

GPU : Sapphire r9 380 (actual one), VTX Radeon HD6950 (old one)

Hi, by way of a test, try downloading and booting from Kyhi's boot DVD/drive at the top of the Software and Apps section here.

This boots into Win 10 (not from your hard disk), so you can at least see if your hardware works then.

You would then also have the possibility of further diagnostic actions.

 

Have you tried unplugging the mouse and keyboard then wait for the beep sound that indicates it's disconnected then plug them in again and hopefully it will ether install the drivers or just start working.

 

If still no joy, as you can log in, you should also be able to get to Safe Mode (e.g. SHIFT + left click restart).

What happens in Safe Mode?
