Windows 10: no user account on netplwiz and can only open windows explorer

Discus and support no user account on netplwiz and can only open windows explorer in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; I have just renamed my user account name on neplwiz and after saving it is shows no user accounts and when i try to add account it did nothing i cant...     I have just renamed my user account name on neplwiz and after saving it is shows no user accounts and when i try to add account it did nothing i cant even search on my windows search and start menu, cannot open settings it does not opens and when i try to open control panel via run it shows no mapping between account names and id`s. i didnt find anything for this problem on the web. plz help
