Windows 10: No video after restart

Hi everyone,I have a problem with my pcHardwareTRX40 Aorus Pro WiFiAMD 3990x256GB RAMM.2 512GBRTX 3080tiI have installed windows 11 enterprise without problem, also works without problem, the situation start when I restart the machine, I wont get any video signal and the PC still on, so I have to force shutdown and ther turn on, and works, get video signal.The BIOS has the lastest version, also I downgrade to try but didn't work,, also when I'm in BIOS mode and save then restar, don't get video signal secure boot enabled, so if I disable secure boot, save change, restart I get video, but in

Hard drive/ OS issue

a guy suggested :

• unhooked HDD
• restarted

• reconnected HDD
• restarted

Inexplicable restarts

Thanks for your patient help and analysis, zbook. I'll step through some of your suggestions over the next few days - there's a lot to do and some look a bit hairy! That is, for a PC that is working sweetly right now...

One step I did try right away was to answer your question about whether my BIOS is up-to-date. I had no success at the AMI site but did get some info from this commercial site:

• What is the make and model of the computer?

I would suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps:

Method 1:

You may try running the Hardware and Device troubleshooter and check if it helps.

a. Press Windows Key +R, type Control Panel.

b. Type troubleshooting in the search bar, click on troubleshooting.

c. Click on Hardware and Sound, click on Hardware and Devices.

d. Follow the steps from the wizard to run the troubleshooter.



If the issue still persist I suggest you to uninstall and reinstall display drivers in compatibility mode and check if it helps:

Step 1: Uninstall the Display driver from Device Manager.

Follow the steps to uninstall the Display driver.

• Press Windows Key + X and then click Device Manger.
• Search for Display Adapters and expand it.
• Right click on the Microsoft Basic Display Adapters and select Uninstall.
• Follow the prompt and restart the computer.

Step 2: Install the Display driver in compatibility mode:

a. Right click on the setup file of the driver and select
Properties

b. Select Compatibility Tab

c. Place a check mark next to Run this program in Compatibility mode and select the operating system accordingly from the drop down list

d. Let the driver to install and then check the functionality.
