Windows 10: No visibility of email content with some people using Mac and iPhone !!!???

Hello,I am a secretary of a club for which I send on a daily base a listing. Some people are not seen my listing, thisis what they are telling me :"I see it on my samsung phone.NOT my mac.you need to get rid of the GREEN avgat the bottom.i have been telling you MAC WILL NOT OPEN THISthe people signing up cannot read if they have a macTmobile is my carrier and my operating system is a fairly recent Mac type os since this iPad is about 2 years old. Umight also check w your email settings that might automatically truncate your messages,.nobody with a mac can read thisyou have THIRD PARTY SOFTWARE

you have THIRD PARTY SOFTWARE EMBEDDED in your email

it needs to be removed "



They are extremely impressed with their Mac and blame me as culprit.

Could you please advise what to do to correct this,

Visibility on email text

Hello,

I am a secretary of a bridge club and forward listing of players.

Some people are complaining of not receiving my listing.

They are using iPhone or Mac pc and are no getting my listing

only my presentation.

What can I do? I believe I am not the problem.!!!!!!!

Mail (Win 10) has no people app

Actually, Mail has it's own contacts list too but it is not visible.

The People app doesn't work with my email provider so there is no contacts list for my email account and yet Mail knows who I sent mail to previously and therefor suggests those contacts when appropriate.
