Windows 10: No visual after game download

I have a brand new computer and I use Big fish games. I can download games but I get Audio but No Visual. I have done Everything BF recommends and I have updated my Graphics card. I contacted Microsoft and all they can recommend is to Reload Win 11. that is a 12 to 24 hr download for me.

To check follow the steps:

• Type Default programs & select programs & features.
• Check if Microsoft visual c++ 2005 x86
  is installed.

If yes suggest you to uninstall & reinstall Microsoft visual c++ 2005 x86
& check if the issue persists.

If the issue persists I would suggest you to contact the game manufacturer.
