    No Voice in Microsoft Bingo


    I can not get the callers voice to announce the numbers in Microsoft Bingo. I have checked to settings and have the voice volume turned up. All other sounds in Bingo work fine. I have tried uninstalling Bingo and reinstalling from store. No change. Voice in Cortana and Navigator work fine so it seems like just the Bingo program is problem. Trouble is that Bingo works fine on my Surface Pro 3 tablet, just won't work on my desktop. Has to be a setting that I am missing?
    HP 610-1280qd with clean install W10pro. All updates installed.

    Microsoft Bingo I cannot sign in to the bingo

    I have the same problem I cannot sign into Microsoft bingo for the past two days. please fix the problem.

    I get the message (System)' Your accounts parameters do not grant you access to in-game chat'. I have had this message now for about 6 weeks, before that I was able to chat in any room I played Bingo in with no trouble, so what is the problem now?

    I don't want to uninstall the game as I have a lot of keys and coins which I think I will lose if I do so.
