  1. No wifi after reinstalling windows 11

I recently installed ddr5 32gb Corsair vengeance ram which i previously had 16gb of ddr5 when I enabled xmp I got the blue screen and I put my 16gb ram back but still I couldn’t boot my pc and I had the srt.trail error, I had to get a flash drive and download windows 11 and install it onto my pc to fix it after hours of trouble shooting. Now my pc is back to normal and I have the 32 gb of ram installed but I have no wifi capability I had to hook it up to Ethernet just to get by. But now it’s affecting the rest of my household because I moved my router . How can I get my wifi installed again ?

    :)

  2. Windows 11 reinstall

Hi there I'm using a dell inspiron 3501.

I always experience BSODs in my windows 11 PC. So now I'm trying to reinstall windows 11. I have backed up all the important files as well...

But at the moment I am confused whether should I reset my PC by removing all the files or clean install or a fresh start. Can you give me any suggestion and how the method actually works and the steps that I should follow to reinstall windows 11?

No wifi after reinstalling windows 11

Windows Updated(16299.309).KB4088776 Restart is required to complete.

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

Thanks for the suggestions and for the time to respond No wifi after reinstalling windows 11 :) Best regards.

And thanks for the tip of that program, I'll have it on my list.
