Windows 10: No wifi for MS sign in

I have been trying to connect to hotel wifi with no luck, says no internet. I need wifi to sign into ms and currently have no access to setting as I’m on the welcome screen. I tired safe mode with network and says i need an app but will not let me see or add the app it says I need. I tried safe mode and nothing. I only can try to sign in but then says i can’t do without internet.

I suggest you to again create PIN password and check if the issue persist

Follow the steps below and check if it helps.

• 
  Go to all settings.
  
• 
  Click on Accounts, under sign in options.
  
• 
  Select Add PIN and check if the helps.

Hi,

About your concern with typing the password after being idle, it is actually recommended to activate for security reasons.

If you wish to disable it, I suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps.

• Go to Settings.
• Click on Accounts.
• Click on Sign in options.
• On the right side, you will see required sign in.
• Change it to Never.
