Windows 10: NO WiFi/Internet option

Hi,2 days ago my laptop randomly disconnected from my WiFi and then the WiFi option completely disappeared. I’ve been playing around with it, but keep hitting dead ends each time. I remember this happened a few years ago with a different laptop and I fixed it, but I can’t remember how. My phone and all of the other laptops/computers in the house work just fine and are connected to the internet. I have restarted the wifi via router and have even plugged in the Ethernet cable via router into my laptop. When I trouble shoot the internet I get a few prompts:“Plug an Ethernet cable into this comp

I suggest you to follow the methods below and check if it helps.

Method 1: Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with Internet connection. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue
is with your internet.

Refer these steps:

• 
  Press Windows key +X, select Control panel.
  
• 
  Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons.
  
• 
  Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel.
  
• 
  Run the Internet Connection troubleshooter and Network Adapter troubleshooter.
  

Method 2:Try updating the Network Adapter drivers from the manufacturer's website and check if the issue persists.

Follow the steps to update the Network Adapter drivers:

a. Press Windows key + X key and click Device Manager.

b. Expand Network Adapter.

c. Right-click on the Ethernet and click on Update driver software.

d. Restart the computer and check.

there is no wifi list ,so cant go to internet

i found the there is no any wifi device on devices manager ,as shown from picture

the most important thing is that ,there is no WiFi list after I reinstall the system for the laptop
