    No Wifi Options after Reset

Earlier today I uninstalled "Killer Performance Suite" from my laptop because it was taking up a lot of space and I thought it wouldn't break anything, but afterward my Wifi Options completely disappeared from my laptop and I can't connect to any networks. There is quite literally no connection options at all.I tried troubleshooting, resetting my network multiple times, restarting multiple times, recovering, and even reseting my laptop but it is still not working. My settings say I have a network adapter which reads "Bluetooth Network Connection" and it says it is enabled. I clicked the "Get H

  2. CMOS Reset (502) + No Wifi Options + No Battery Charge

I have an HP Envy x360 Convertible running Windows 11 version 21H2 with the following issues:

    • Boots to blue screen"CMOS Reset (502) The CMOS checksum is invalid" and then proceeds to normal OS except:
    • Network & Internet will not detect any wifi network (though there are several available) Device manager shows intel(r) wifi-6 ax200 = This device cannot start (Code 10). Rollback Driver in device management is no longer an available option.
    • Power detects the charger while connected but unit immediately loses power once disconnected.
    Troubleshooting steps completed:

    • Multiple hardware diagnostic tests with no indication of issue
    • Rollback for drivers (doing this would allow an internet connection but power issues persisted)
    • Complete factory reset & OS reinstall (locally, without USB)
What are my next steps to avoid unnecessary cost and/or further trial & error:

    • Restore to new OS from USB?
    • Go somewhere for more thorough hardware diagnostic?
    Thank you !

I keep losing my WiFi adapter

I tried the Option 2 approach but kept getting the Error NetSetupDeleteObjecton Network Adapter error (0x80070005) error, even after a dozen executions of the command. That seemed like it was going nowhere so I tried Option 1. After completing the reboot in Option 1, I never got the dialog that asked if I wanted to make the computer discoverable, even after a significant wait. Do you have any further suggestions? I'm going to move on to "Compumind's" suggestion in the meantime and see if that helps.... - - - Updated - - -
I started working my way down the list.
    1. Both the ipv4 and ipv6 resets said "access denied!". However, the mere attempt worked *briefly*, then the WiFi went down again.
    2. I disabled and re-enabled the network adapter. Again, it worked *briefly*, then I lost the WiFi again.
    3. I tried to disable the antivirus but couldn't find a setting for that so uninstalled it entirely. I got the WiFi back and this time it stayed on for several hours instead of a few minutes so I assumed it was fixed. Then I installed the new Avast One and the WiFi is still working so I'm assuming that all is well finally!
Thank you for this list of suggestions!!!

    No Wifi Options after Reset

Intermittent problems with TLS handshake and being timed out

Check DNS settings for both network adapters. Your Wifi might be set to use a different DNS server.

Getting message when trying to connect - Windows 10 Forums

Option Two follow steps then pick a DNS server from the list in item 7. Personally I use CloudFlare DNS

EDIT: Reset router first as already suggested.
