Windows 10: No Windows Logo when PC starts

Why is it that lately when Windows 10 boots on my PC, the Windows logo no longer appears first as before but instead the Welcome screen appears at the outset?Otherwise, the PC works fine. Any explanation for this?

Black screen after 'Starting Windows' sequence

Sounds like the old... windows black screen of death.

Try this quoted from "VisiHow" article "Repair Windows 7 Black Screen of Death":

They, also, have some other options there, too.
Google search and you will find a lot of the "Windows Black Screen of Death with cursor" fixes.

I suggest you to follow the below methods and check if it helps:

Boot from the Windows 10 installation media and then perform automatic repair and check if it helps.

Follow the steps to perform Automatic repair:

• 
  Insert installation media and restart the computer.
  
• 
  Select language and click on Next.
  
• 
  Select Repair your Computer and click on Skip this drive.
  
• 
  Select Troubleshoot and click on Advanced Options.
  
• 
  Here choose the option Automatic Repair and follow the prompted instructions.
  

Now check if you are able to see the Windows logo.
