    I want to give a thanks to CBChase for their link to solution to my issue.


    I did a fresh windows reinstall and windows store was not there. I did google search and went through all the powershell tutorials and nothing was working.


    I found this one comment that saved me from April 6, 2016



    "None of the solutions posted anywhere on this forum concerning this issue did anything to solve the problem for me (I tried all of them, multiple times). After MONTHS of searching, I actually stumbled across the solution. It involves doing an "in-place upgrade repair install" of Win 10 (which means you don't have to uninstall anything first - it reinstalls Win 10 and everything ends up exactly where you left it).
