Windows 10: No write access to C:\Program Files?

First of all, only people who really know

I reinstalled Windows 2004 a week or so ago because I changed the SSD. All worked great as always. At some point I wanted to install a few programs and then I got a message that no matter which program I installed, the rights for C:\Program Files were missing.

I am a system integrator, so I turned on another PC and compared the rights. There were actually a few missing. Actually, some that have nothing to do with the installation but never mind. I changed everything the way it should be. It didn't help at all. So I started googling. No matter what I tried, nothing helped.

Now I have wasted about 5h time, headache and I am desperate. That can't be a big problem...

Learning to Program C

my suggestion is to learn c first, then expand to c++ or java depending on your project requirements. if you decide to use visual studio (which i strongestly recommend) then you can just create c++ projects and write normal c code
