Noises on Bluetooth earbuds after upgrading to Windows 10 1703

After upgrading to Windows 10 1703 (from 1607), I have noticed an audio problem with my Bluetooth earbuds (BlueAnt Pump). When I use my transcription software (where you open an audio file and use hotkeys to play/pause/rewind/fast forward), I get a loud static pop or noise every time I press play or move to a different part of the sound file. (After the quick noise, the audio plays normally.) I don't have this problem with my wired earbuds, and I don't have it with any software but this (Express Scribe). However, I'm guessing the software isn't the issue, but maybe some kind of driver issue.

I've already tried the audio and Bluetooth troubleshooters.

    Any thoughts?

    :)

Skullcandy Smokin' Buds 2 Wireless Bluetooth Earbuds won't show up when pairing with my laptop

I brought this earbuds today at school, and i used it with my iPhone with Bluetooth, it works perfectly, but after i get home i tried to get it paired with my laptop it wont show up, my laptop can still detect my Bluetooth speaker and my phone, and my earbuds
can work with my phone, so basically:

    Earbuds-iPhone=Work

    Earbuds-Windows=Doesn't work

    BeatsPill-Windows=Work

    iPhone-Windows=Work

  3. Which Bluetooth stereo Headset is better when it comes to noise and clarity?

The noise level on the BH-111 will be similar to that of any other standard earbuds, they don't have active noise cancelling like the Essence.

Noises on Bluetooth earbuds after upgrading to Windows 10 1703

UPDATE: I've rolled back to Windows 10 1607, and the loud popping or scratching noise (when seeking an audio file) has stopped. I'll stay on 1607 unless I can find a fix for this problem.
