Nokia Lumia 625 - few questions

I might have the problem that he may be referring to. Anyway, mu problem with my Nokia Lumia 625 is while I'm using the unit, it will suddenly goes blank. It bothered me at first and after searching the the internet, it all comes to download the STOP RESTART
APPS. After downloading the apps, problem still exist. As suggested, I have downloaded the CRITICAL APPS as required. The problem still exist. Do you have any suggestions as to how I can further resolve this problem. I have tried to use the software virus
scanner apps it my units software was identified as uninfected. Still, as of this date, it will suddenly goes blank. One guru suggested that I should simply change the software. Can it be done ? Well, lets not deviate from the original problem. Will highly
appreciate any suggestion that could help in curing my unit. Change software, better change the unit. But I have loved the Nokia Lumia 625. Its the perfect screen size for me.
