Windows 10: non connection eror on kodi

I downloaded kodi 64 bit app and filled out the addon section but when I try to get and load addons it comes back with unable to connect with the server. I tried to reconfigure network I checked spelling I ran network troubleshooter and still no connection the computer has been connected through all this but kodi remains disconnected

• Did you try by uninstalling and reinstalling Kodi application on the PC?
• Did you try uninstalling Norton Security software on the PC and check if you are able to connect to internet?

Method 1: I suggest you to uninstall the Norton Security software on the Pc and check if the issue is resolved.

• Have you tried downloading the Kodi app directly from that developer's website?
• Did you experience the same issue with other applications?
