Windows 10: Non Detectable Camera after Windows 11 Update on HP Spectre x360

Hi,For months now my device HP Spectre x360 convertible laptop has not had a working camera, and as far as I can recall, this is since the Windows 11 update. The camera is built into the device and my camera kill switch is set to enable the camera. Not a single app can identify my camera, and Microsoft gives me the error code: 0XA00F4244<NoCamerasAreAttached>. I have tried everything to regain access to my camera but to no avail. I have reset my device to previous updates, attempted to refresh and restart several camera relating apps as well as reinstalled the camera driver. My device

We understand the concern as you are unable to find the Webcam and microphone driver in Device Manager. In order to get clarity and to assist you accordingly, please reply with the answers to the questions below:

• What is the Version and Build of Windows 10 installed on the PC? (Type
  winver in Windows search/Run command)
  
• What happens when you open the Camera app?
  
• Are you not able to see the webcam driver under Imaging devices?
  
• Are you aware of any changes on the PC prior to this issue?

As per the Product Specifications, Webcam is available in this model:

If you are getting the following error "We can't find your camera" Error Displays in Camera App", when opening the camera app, then follow the suggestions from this article:

Regarding the Microphone issue, we would suggest you to run the
Audio Troubleshooter listed under Troubleshooting from the

HP website once your PC gets detected.

Can't setup Windows Hello after fall update on HP Spectre x360

I am very confused re:your reply. The last reply on the thread was 12/23/2017. My reply on 01/04/2018 is only 10 days after which I don't consider old. Additionally,
the question "Can't setup Windows Hello after Fall Update on HP Spectre x360" is directly answered by my suggestion to update the driver on the HP TrueVision FHD RGB-IR, which is the camera used in the spectre x360 13" and 15", which will solve
most problems using Windows Hello after the Fall Creators update with the spectre x360 camera. Regardless, I will post no more.

 

HP x360 Spectre Windows Hello No Longer Working

Thanks for the suggestion. For reference (for people coming after me trying to find a solution), the steps Lee is suggesting are as follows:

• Device Security > Security Processor Details > Security Processor Troubleshooting > Clear TPM

Appreciate the help, Lee, but resetting the TPM using the process above didn't work. All it did was make me reset my PIN and sign in again via my Microsoft account. As I mentioned in my initial post, I have an HP Spectre
x360 Convertible 13-ae0xx, so I've been using the drivers found here:

Also as I mentioned, the latest drivers are installed - that's always my first go-to solution (other than turning it off and on again! ).

Any other suggestions?
