Windows 10: Non-english letter stops isaac from mods

So the mods are stored in your documents right and the documents are located in ''c/users/''username''/... well my username is literally ''username' but in polish it's ''uŻytkownik'' with Ż. So isaac can't acces docoments cuz of that f*ing character. How can i change it? I've tried with changing my username tried with other windows account but it all failed. Plz halp

Keyboard Typing non-English Letters

In my language settings my language is English (United States) but it whenever I type a certain letter with a number key it turns the letter into a non-English letter like ã (letter from the problem I'm having) which is annoying me when I type since I'm
mainly English and always TYPE in English.



So,
anyone know how I can fix this so I can't type non-English letters?

Bitlocker and non english letters

Hello.

I have the situation: to encrypt my system drive, i created a password from non english letters. After the encryption was finished and system rebooted, i found out that there is no possibility to change the keyboard layout in the console of the bitlocker.
So, i can type only english letters. The key to recovery, alas, was lost, but i know the correct password. How to unblock the system disk now? Maybe there is a possibility to use unicode in the console of the bitlocker or a kind of that?

 

Keyboard numbers turning letters into non-English Letters

Whenever I type a certain letter and then the 4 key or some or some other number key, it turns the letter into a non-English letter like ã which usually never happens with my keyboard. Anyone know how to fix it? It's happening on every app I'm using that
requires typing.
