Windows 10: Non existant memory taken

Discus and support Non existant memory taken in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; I have 32 GB of memory total. In task manager, I see about 7GB taken.     I have 32 GB of memory total. In task manager, I see about 7GB taken. But the system is saying that more than half is taken!How can that be?
