Windows 10: Non-floating keyboard?

Is there a way to modify the on screen keyboard tabtip.exe so that I can undock it without it turning into the "small" layout?I know I can use the legacy on-screen keyboard osk.exe, but this does not help in my case.I specifically want to use the "50-on" layout on the japanese input language. If I press the undock button in the top right of the keyboard, it shows the "small" version of a regular keyboard, which is not what I want. I am learning japanese and not a native, and it would really help me

Automatic floating keyboard when selecting another language?

I occasionally need to type or look up things in other languages (Russian, German, French) I have the keyboards installed in my task bar but is there a way to have an automatic floating keyboard appear when I select a non-English one? (since the keyboards are never the same especially with Russian and I don't know how to type things with the U.S. keyboard).

Good day developers... Can you make/add an option of a Mini Alphanumeric keyboard just like a floating window of mini QWERTY keyboard,

I suggest you to check if the issue persists when you connect another keyboard to your system.

If the issue is with the keyboard, then suggest you to update the keyboard drivers by following the steps below.

• 
  Press Windows key + X and select
  Device Manager from the list.
  
• 
  Expand ‘Keyboard’ from the list.
  
• 
  Right click on the driver and select ‘update driver software’ and follow the prompts.
