Windows 10: Non Paged Memory Leak NDnd tag

Hi, i've been having a really annoying non paged memory leak for quite some time now, to a point where it uses all memory and to fix it i have to restart it usually takes a couple of hours to fill all my memory, i've tried to narrow it down to what could be causing it by doing some research and tried to change some keys on regedit that could be causing it but it wouldn't save iteven after i've manually change my users permission. i was able to find that the cause of the problem is, a tag called NDnd and as far as i can tell this is some network driver but so far i could not find anything con

Memory leak - PsIn Tag - Non-Paged Pool

In task manager I can see 10GB under non-paged pool:





Using poolmon I see the following:





Now I can see this Tag named PsIn taking 10GB on non-paged pool.

From here I go to my drivers folder C:\Windows\System32\drivers and search for that tag in the drivers folder:





Where do I go from here??? I can see many drivers includes this TAG.

 

Windows10 Memory Leak - Proc tag

Windows 10 is showing a memory leak. Approx. 60k of memory every 5 seconds or so, under the poolmon tag "Proc". After using find string to find out which driver is causing the issue, more questions were found than answers. Turns out the "Proc" tag calls
on many and only Windows system drivers. 48 to be exact. So where to go from here?

1. How to narrow down which driver is the issue if the poolmon tag calls upon "many" drivers?

2. How can you update/replace a system driver when they are controlled by Windows update?

Does the operating system itself have this "memory leak" issue ?

I'm an independent advisor and hope this would address your questions.

This is not a memory leak. A memory leak happens when a process or program failed to discard utilized memory when it is no longer in use. In that case, you would see a process or program consuming more and more memory over time.

I wouldn't be worried about the paged and non-paged pools as they aren't excessively large in size. The paged pool is used to store handles of kernel objects, so it is normal to have some usage there. And non-paged pool is used by kernel and drivers of the
operating system, so it is also normal for some usage there.
